We want food to taste like food!
The world is full of amazing flavors. Kerubi can only be found in Joensuu. Because we want to be both here and there, our dishes combine flavors of the world with traditional Carelian techniques and ingredients. We are happiest when our tummies are full.
We appreciate local ingredients grown just around the corner. Our sauces are hand-crafted by our chefs. We let local flavors shine because we like it that way.
We also do catering from festivals of thousands of people to smaller events and occasions. If you’re planning an event in Ilosaari or anywhere in the region and need a good catering service, contact us!
We serve lunch on weekdays between 10:45AM to 2PM. You can order lunch to-go or enjoy it at the restaurant. Take-away and delivery can be ordered through Foodora.

You can always get a vegan lunch from Kerubi even if the dishes of the day aren’t vegan. We’ll cook vegan when you want vegan! BTW! You can get 1,50€ off any main dish with our Kerubi Regulars' Card. Remember to mention your membership when placing you order!
